2. Service Description (Waitlist MVP)

ShopWebsite.in is currently in an early-access waitlist phase. Subscribing to the waitlist does not guarantee immediate access to the AI website generation tool. We reserve the right to admit users from the waitlist at our sole discretion.

3. Waitlist Communication

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive email communications from us regarding product updates, launch announcements, and early-bird pricing offers (such as the detailed ₹25/month plan).

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Spiceflow Tech and its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Spiceflow Tech, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
